power socket

latest mod i have installed a cigarette power socket (water proof)
and the only place i can find is on my indicator stork .
Ive also got green led shining on the engine will post pictures later.

another power supply

yes now have 2 one on each indicator stork
1 live all the time.
2 live with ignition on
(ok bit sad )but they have there youses sat nav/ phone/ work light/ blue tooth from sat nav

It's not sad it's inovative, I've got a power socket fitted under the marauder seat into the toolbox so I can charge the mobile phone Very Happy

the green leds light up the engine nicly but cant take a photo as it looks bad with or with out flash
its the best picture

That looks great, did you speed up the iso on the camera to 400 or higher the camera should be able to capture the leds without the use of the flash then.

I'm interested on doing this to my bike , how easy was it to fit / wire in the sockets, and where did you get them?

Hi Cool Breeze

You can find the power sockets on ebay quite cheaply, they generally come with destructions but are really easy to fit. Just attach to the battery and make sure it has an inline fues attached for safety. Perfect for charging the mobile or using for sat nav.
